Product Care and Use

Our products, including silver jewelry, should be stored individually in a dry, airtight bag to prevent oxidation and scratches. Clean with a soft cloth or mild soap and water, ensuring the jewelry is dried thoroughly. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, perfumes, and cosmetics to maintain their quality.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

We offer shipping across all U.S. states, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $99. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking ID via sms to help you monitor your package. Tracking the package is the customer’s responsibility after it is shipped.

Purchases and Payments

Products can be purchased using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and others. Taxes may apply based on your location. Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Payments are processed securely, and no payment information is stored on our servers. However if you have an account with us, you can save your payment information for future purchases, the information will be stored through LogaPay, which encrypts and protects your credit/debit card information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Custom Designs

We offer personalized jewelry made to order. Custom orders require a 50% upfront payment, with delivery estimated at 2–4 weeks based on design complexity.
